Therapy Room Hire

Therapy rooms are available at IATE on Wednesdays, either as a one-off booking or on a weekly basis. The rooms are spacious, light-filled, and thoughtfully designed to provide a calm, welcoming, and inspiring space that supports therapeutic work.

Art materials can be made available by arrangement.

Suitable for:

  • Individual therapy sessions with clients
  • Clinical supervision
  • Small group therapy (up to 12 people)
  • Professional preparation or administrative work directly related to therapy practice

Pricing for individual therapists

Half-day hire (1 to 3 hour booking)

  • One week = £45.00
  • Four consecutive weeks = £180.00
  • Eight consecutive weeks = £350.00*

Full-day hire (4 to 6 hour booking)

  • One week = £90.00
  • Four consecutive weeks = £360.00
  • Eight consecutive weeks = £700.00*

* A discount is offered for those that wish to book eight consecutive weeks in advance.

Booking Duration and Minimum Charges
Fees must be paid in advance to secure your room booking.

  • Half-day bookings (up to 3 hours)
    • Applies to bookings of 3 hours or less
    • Minimum charge: 3 hours
  • Full-day bookings (over 3 hours and under 6 hours)
    • Applies to bookings of more than 3 hours and less than 6 hours
    • Minimum charge: 6 hours
