About the training
Enhance your professional practice by becoming a qualified supervisor, equipped to support practitioners working with children, adolescents and adults.
This integrative training draws on psychodynamic thinking, attachment theory and neuroscience, while recognising the unique power of the arts as both conscious and unconscious forms of communication. Central to the programme is a collegial, rather than hierarchical, supervisory relationship. This approach fosters a safe, trusting environment in which openness and transparency support deep reflection on both personal process and supervisee work.
Each training day is delivered by a specialist trainer with extensive expertise in the relevant subject areas. The programme runs over four months, allowing participants time to develop supervisory skills and complete the required 30 supervised hours of supervision prior to assessment.

- Supervisory Tasks & Development: Education, support and monitoring. Working with supervisee developmental stages. Recognising and working effectively with transference and countertransference, including triggers to the supervisee’s material.
