Courses in Therapeutic Wellbeing Practice

wellbeing imgThere are currently three distinctive courses delivering unique educational opportunities to train in multi-disciplinary approaches to therapeutic wellbeing practice for children and young people sharing influence from youth work, social work, mental health, therapy and education.

The part-time curriculum is such that it develops over three years, informing through therapeutic theory, philosophy and practise. The training and education of students to become qualified and competent practitioners is in a most creative and relational approach to wellbeing. .

The course is delivered by The Wellbeing Faculty with a team of over twenty tutors who provide quality teaching for students as well as a range of visiting lecturers, writers, researchers and practitioners to inform and inspire.


Practitioners participate in placements in health, education, social care, private, statutory and / or charity sectors working to promote wellbeing through creative approaches including:

Year Two Intermediate Diploma

18 alternate Fridays: Three Modules
Fundamental Multi-disciplionary Perspectives, Fundamental Integrative and Relational SKills, Creativity, Human Potential and WEllbeing including options in Mentoring, Creative Group work and Key-working


Year Three CPD Diploma

Level 6
18 alternate Fridays: Three Modules
Advanced Multi-disciplinary Perspectives, Advanced Integrative and Relational Skills, Creatives and Relational Approaches to Community Wellbeing
Fees - £3,500 - Each Year
Additional cost - Reflective Practice - £250 each item
