Carlotta Raby is a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist and children’s rights specialist. She created the CATT protocol (combining human rights with both a cognitive and arts based post traumatic stress treatment) and founded Luna Children's Charity to support international organisations that offer assistance to children and young people affected by war, conflict or natural disaster. She, supervised operations in Rwanda, Uganda, South Africa, Pakistan and Turkey. Carlotta’s research has focused on the early intervention and prevention of serious group violence. Carlotta is a member of the International Society of Traumatic Stress Studies, the European Society of Traumatic Stress Studies (where she is on the Children's Trauma Task Force) and the UK Psychological Trauma Society. She is an Honorary Research Associate with Rhodes University.
Carlotta Raby has recruited a variety of skilled Clinical Psychologists, with expertise in CBT, as well as with their particular client groups, to teach on the course. This offers a range of diverse and rich learning opportunities. This year, tutors teaching alongside Carlotta will include:
